Friendly staff, free upgrade, comfortable room, good location, cute breakfast, clean room.

Convenient location near canals and tram stops. Stylish and spacious room with ample storage and luxurious shower. Friendly and helpful staff who go above and beyond for guests. Bar with great decor and tasty cocktails. a delightful experience I would happily recommend.

No complains at all, I had a fantastic stay and definitely want to stay in that area again. I loved location and rooms. Lots of food at breakfast like hot waffles and eggs. Exceptionally comfortable beds, central heating, an iron and an electronic key card in the room.

The hotel is amazing location within walking distance of all areas and close to downtown. The Jordaan area is the perfect location far away from the touristy area yet close enough to walk to it if need be. The staff are friendly and helpful, and the hotel facilities are clean.

I loved staying at this place! It's located in a wonderful area, a bit off the main canal road, but still close enough to walk to touristy places if desired. The staff here are great, they make you feel very welcome, and the service is top-notch. The room I stayed in was comfortable and had all the amenities I needed, including tea and coffee facilities and ironing facilities. I appreciated the beautiful garden area, perfect for a leisurely afternoon.

I definitely recommend this venue for everyone.

The hotel was spacious, and the meals were great, I appreciated the incredible location close to the canals, all the attractions, Dam square. The breakfast was included and consisted of eggs and hot waffles. I was met by polite and courteous staff at the reception...

The hotel is spacious and clean with a nice interior and perfect breakfasts included.

They left a personalized note and a small gift in my room for my birthday. It made me feel so welcome and cared for. I highly recommend this hotel for their really good service and attention to detail.

I loved that the reception was nice. Beds and pillows in my twin/double room were extremely comfy. Gorgeous breakfast with lots of outstanding foods. Unbeatable location not too far from Body Worlds Science Museum:)))

Great service, excellent food and prime location adjacent to tram stops and the Prinsengracht canal and centre. It was a great experience in a relaxing hotel.

We stayed at a hotel that was conveniently located - central to the shopping district, all places of interest, and just a few yards from the canal. The Jordaan region was picturesque. Our room was lovely and air-conditioned, a great respite from the summer heat. The staff was accommodating and helpful. The hotel has a unique decor and vibe.

The accessibility of the hotel could be a bit tricky if one is unfamiliar with the area and there is construction ongoing in the city.

The hotel had a great location, close to everything we wanted to see and do. The staff were super friendly and helpful, going out of their way to make our stay special. They even arranged a surprise birthday treat for my girlfriend, a lovely touch. The room was spacious and comfortable, with everything we needed for a great stay.

That our room didn't have any windows, we didn't get any natural light or fresh air. It would have been nice to have some ventilation.

The interior design was impressive, creating a very nice atmosphere. The staff members were friendly and helpful, going out of their way to meet our needs. The location in Jordaan was great, with many tourist spots nearby. The beds were comfortable and provided a good night's sleep.
